I've heard this place has really good burgers but I wasn't thrilled. The burgers were big, I'll give them that, but even though there was no one ahead of me I had to wait 20 minutes for my carryout order and the service is uncomfortable at best. When my food was ready the cook brought it up and set it on the counter and walked away. I had 2 brownies in my hand I was hoping someone would give me a bag for and I was ignored. I brought the food home and my order was wrong. I paid 1.50 extra on each burger for bacon, and didn't get it on either one. The burgers were pretty looking but zero seasoning. If there was salt in any of my food I'd be surprised to hear about it. That goes for the fries and onion rings as well. Zero seasoning. They were hot and crispy and bland. For dessert I got 2 of their "homemade brownies" which clearly weren't made that day and probably not the day before either. They were dry, powdering, and inedible. $3 is a lot for a brownie when it tastes and looks like shit. I'm tired of paying for bad food so I will also be calling them to complain. They won't learn from their mistakes if no one tells them. If you want to pay $26 for 2 burgers, fries, onion rings and 2 brownies that don't taste good, then this is the place for you.

So this is the 3rd time I've ate at this place. Overall, food was great and the customer service was even better. Online ordering thru grubhub makes this place a go to when pizza isn't what ur in the mood for. Very impressed. Keep up the good work guys!

I would really like to give this business at least four stars, but I can only give three. The burger had a decent taste, and the staff inside seemed friendly. I guess I did not meet Rudy the owner as some of the people on here had, or if he was there, I was not greeted by him. However, again, the burger was decent. The problem is, I feel it's a little more than I would pay for the future. The burger is not as good as others I've had for the same price. Speaking of price, some of the toppings are extra, which is not a huge deal, but, again, due to the price, I think charging for toppings is not really needed here. At $2 less, I'd probably give the place four stars.

I have been to eclipse plenty of times and let me tell you it's fabulous. I have been to smash burger and it's good except when you ask them to cook it a certain way. I ask for well done for the kids at eclipse I get it well done. I like medium well and they make sure that's how I get it. Other places just cook it and send it out. Eclipse makes sure it's right. The fact that they use natural burgers doesn't hurt either. I recommend Eclipse to all my friends.

Talking about excellent customer service, the owner Rudy is awesome. This was my first time eating at eclipse Burger today and it was delicious. Rudy greeted me and took control to make sure i had a wonderful experience in his restaurant. The bun was toasted, cheese was melted and the beef is 100% certified natural. Delicious down to the last bite. The last reviewer is right, there is not much seating but you can go next door if its too crowded. This is not your fast food hamburger, big leagues here. You pay for what you get! Its worth it.

Pretty tasty. This was my first time here, my boyfriend's mom really likes the place and her, him, one of his friends, and I headed there after a movie at MJR Marketplace today. I got the Total Eclipse burger which has mayo, a portobello mushroom, the burger, and tomato (hold the lettuce), with sweet potato fries. I actually liked the regular fries a little better, surprisingly, and the onion rings were really good too. They do $5.99 lunch specials which seems like a good deal, and they have delivery. I'd like to come back and try a different burger too even though I really liked this one.

From the moment i called on the phone to when i left with my food, i was taken care of by the owner Rudy, who cooked my food and made sure i had exactly what i wanted. I ordered the Hawaiian burger, the Portobello burger (which isnt a patty, but grilled portobello mushrooms held together by melted provolone !) and the grilled cheese and tomato. My husband and brother both loved their hawaiian and grilled cheese. I had the portobello, and ive never had a burger I've liked as much as this before! I have been spoiled!

I don't know what it was about my burger, but it seemed like the quality of the beef wasn't great. With all the different sauces/toppings for all the choices, it's easy for them to mask the quality of the beef. I might try again with less toppings and see what happens but who knows.

This place tops our list since its been in operation. I have visited for lunch over and over with my co-workers. We absolutely enjoy the different varieties of burgers and fries. Service is friendly. They are always ready to meet and greet you. Take the time to stop by and visit a small busy strip located on Van Dyke. I will definitely be back to try the new specialty burger of the month.

Ordered from GrubHub and had it delivered while I was visiting my brother in MI. We ordered the Portabello mushroom burgers and chicken tenders. The burgers were awesome and cooked to perfection! The chicken tenders were AMAZEBALLS! I absolutely loved them I felt bad that I snuck some from my 6 year old nephew while he was watching cartoons! I would definitely order this again the next time I am in Michigan. Side note.... The delivery girl came and wanted me to sign the receipt and I didn't have a pen so I asked her for one. She walked right past me and into my brothers apartment and put her stuff down and looked for a pen. She complimented the apartment and said she liked the inside. I almost thought she was going to look around. I wasn't offended or anything I just found this interesting. Is this a Michigan thing because no one would ever do that in CA. I actually found it kind of nice how trusting and sweet she was.

I just got delivery from this place and the food was fantastic! I went out to get some meat to BBQ myself a burger or two. I cut the package open when I got home and the meat was spoiled. So disappointed, I decided to look online for takeout and there was a tab to get delivery. It made my day that I didn't have to leave to get food and I got to eat food that would be as good if I cooked it myself. I don't get take out often but I will keep this place in mind for the future.

Let me start off by saying you're not eating at a fast food restaurant. Some people are complaining about their prices if you get a half pound burger with a combo fries and a drink it's around $11 and some change. If u wanna eat cheap food than go to McDonalds or Burger King... There giving u top of the line meat and ur complaining... Also talking about the owner and the workers they're friendly and kind. Also which place doesn't charge for extra toppings such as bacon, grilled mushrooms..... If you haven't tried it u should specially if you're a burger lover.

The burgers look way better than they taste. Ordered a bacon cheddar burger with jalapenos. Wasnt cooked the way I ordered it and so much mayo and mustard it was sloppy and hard to eat. Meat didn't have a good flavorful taste either. Honestly, it was "just a burger". Not good, not terrible.

What can I say . We have been ordering delivery from that place via online ordering for the last year, and truly they have the best burgers , always consistent and hot. Than I decided to visit their location with my fiancée just to see how it is. I was shocked how amazing their Service is, their manager jumping from one table to another making sure everybody is happy, and all I would rate this place a whole 5 stars .
